Ten-year-old Gracie Linn was the goalkeeper for the Hibs Girls under 13 football team until her world collapsed earlier this year after she was diagnosed with leukaemia.
Now Gracie is clear of cancer, back at school and this is her first chance to be re-united with her team mates.
Gracie and her team are helping to launch Stand up to Cancer, a celebrity driven campaign in September and October to raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK.
One of the fundraising “asks” this year is that people adopt “crazy legs” on Stand up to Cancer day on October 9- wearing ordinary clothes on their top half but crazy stripes/spots/tartan on their bottom half.
